Cancellation Policy

At The De-eje, we strive to provide exceptional services to our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your scheduled services. Below is our cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation Notification: Clients must notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service. Notifications can be made via email at info@de-eje.com or by calling +15856988858
  2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
  3. No-Show Policy: If a client does not show up for a scheduled service without any prior notification, they will be charged the full cost of the service.
  4. Refunds: Any payments made in advance for services that are canceled in compliance with this policy will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  5. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointments without any penalty if the rescheduling is done at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests can be made via email at info@de-eje.com or by calling +15856988858.
